Using “f(x) Gallery” ‘ s twitter account, we repeatedly talked about how @krystal_jsj is a fake and is impersonating Krystal but some fans still happen to believe that is her real account. Some still believes this account is real since this account uploads Krystal’s unreleased pictures of herself but the original source of these pictures are Krystal’s private SNS account. Normally you wouldn’t be able to get a hold of those pictures because Krystal uploaded in her private SNS account, to share with her real friends but somehow this person found out a way to get the pictures. This person then created a fake account and uploaded Krystal’s personal pictures making up some comments of their own pretending to be her. 

There are many reasons why this account is not actually Krystal’s. First of all if this was her real account, members of Super Junior, Ji Young of Kara, Suzy of Miss A should’ve followed her back. Also we asked couple of people from SM ent. using twitter but never got a reply. 

Second reason is acting totally different from other “typical” celebrity twitter users. There is no reason for Krystal to retweet tweets from allkpop or 2AM, 2PM members whom Krystal is not known to be close to. 

Third reason is her awkward use of Korean language. Korean fans know how Krystal talks by looking at interviews, Me2day account, etc and that twitter account sounds nothing like her. People who speak Korean could easily figure out that the owner of the fake twitter account is not Korean and is using a translator to make up the awkward Korean tweets. Calling fans of f(x) ‘affxtion’ is not something that is official and just looking at any tweets that this imposter sent out does not look like Krystal actually wrote it.

One of the more reliable reasons is that Krystal’s actual friend said that account is not actually Krystal’s. Nobody who debuted after Girls’ Generation in SM ent. has their own twitter account and this applies same to f(x) and Krystal. The reason this account is more dangerous than we think is because if this person make unnecessary references on this fake account, this could hurt Krystal’s image. 

As many of you know, Kim Jong-Il passed away couple of days ago and some idol members’ fake Me2day account posted up sympathy messages causing criticism towards the actual idol members. Something like this could happen to Krystal’s fake account too. If fans respond to that account like a real one, what the fake account says could lead to a big misunderstanding.

We tried to alert SM ent. about this impersonating account by writing them on their message board but they did nothing to help. That is why we fans have to be clear about that account being fake. 

If you are following that account, please ‘unfollow’ and send in warning mentions once in a while such as “Stop impersonating. We know you are fake.” We need fans all over the world to solve this issue. We wish that fans no longer think that @krystal_jsj is Krystal’s real account and we hope that you cooperate with the guidelines we have created. Thank you.
